Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces 2023

Inc., one of the country’s leading business magazines, published its annual Best Workplaces list in the May/June 2023 issue. IntentGen is pleased to announce we’ve earned a coveted spot on that list, singled out for our exceptional workplace and company culture. IntentGen was one of 591 businesses chosen as a Best Workplace of 2023*.

After receiving thousands of submissions for the list, Quantum Workplace conducted a comprehensive employee survey of each nominee. The survey covered topics such as management efficacy, employee benefits and perks, growth opportunities, and the overall culture of the company. Each business’s benefits were also audited and ranked.

The Best Workplaces distinction is one only a few businesses can claim, and we at IntentGen are thrilled to be honored in such a way. We are equally thrilled that we can draw top talent and foster a positive company culture that gets results for both our clients and our employees.

Invest in Others’ 2023 Charitable Champions List

In August of 2023, the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation released its yearly Charitable Champions list, which recognizes businesses that give back to their communities and encourage humanitarian work within their respective companies. IntentGen was one of just 10 financial advisory firms named to the list.**

A panel of expert financial advisors conducted blind evaluations of each applicant, looking at an array of factors, from management and company culture to events and outcomes.

All told, the 2023 honorees volunteered more than 10,000 hours and gave more than $1.6 million to a wide variety of charitable organizations. IntentGen is extremely proud to be among them and to be a part of positive changes in our community and our world.
