Busy is not an excuse.
Prioritize time for what matters: family, friends, faith, clients and community.
Authenticity. Vulnerability. Transparency. Integrity.
Build trust before sharing truth.
God is not done with us yet.
Actively learn and develop; personally and professionally.
I think I can, I think I can.
Explore options, with optimism, in order to find a way forward.
The world is bigger than us ...
Invest your life into it.
Meet Our Team
To deliver excellent service, we start with excellent care of our employees. Our employment benefits include:
IntentGen Financial Partners received a 2023 Inc. Best Workplaces award. The award is based on and determined by calculating engagement scores and benefits scores for thousands of applicants. Employees at each company completed a 37-item questionnaire using a six-point Likert scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree), and the raw data was converted to a score that was indexed to a 100-point scale. Each company was also scored on whether it offers 30-plus benefits and perks, from health insurance to paternity leave. To make Inc.’s 2023 Best Workplaces list, companies had to meet a minimum cutoff on both employee engagement and benefits and perks. No fee was paid by IntentGen Financial Partners or Thrivent Advisor Network, LLC., to Inc. in exchange for inclusion in the award. There are no other material relationships between Thrivent Advisor Network, LLC., including IntentGen Financial Partners and Inc. The award is not related to the quality of investment advice and based solely on the disclosed criteria. Please note that this is not an indication of any client's experience or an indication of Thrivent Advisor Network, LLC's future performance.
Our first priority is helping you take care of yourself and your family. We want to learn more about your personal situation, identify your dreams and goals, and understand your tolerance for risk. Our Advisor Team
If you're a financial advisor looking for a new firm, we'd love to connect with you.
In this podcast, our founder Zac Larson speaks with Dr. Travis Perry about the importance of balance and the power of taking time away.
Over the course of the conversation, Zac says that finding balance is part of his calling. After all, living intentionally means making time for the people and things that matter, regardless of how busy you may be. Balance has always been at the core of what IntentGen offers to clients, and as you'll hear, Zac has also come to realize that balance is essential to his own life and well-being. This search for balance eventually led Zac to take time away from work. It wasn't easy, but going on sabbatical ended up being an investment—not only in himself, but also in his team!
