Corey believes everyone is capable of learning how to plan intentionally and live generously when they're given the right guidance. In 1998, this belief – along with his passion of helping others reach financial clarity – drove him to begin his career as a wealth advisor.
Now, as a founding partner of IntentGen Financial Partners, Corey has instilled these tenets as the cornerstone of the firm's practice – empowering people to make intentional financial decisions and live lives full of greater purpose. He and his wife, Tonya, have been married since 2002, have two sons and attend Good Shepherd Church. Outside of work, Corey enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
“I'm proud of the firm we've built at IntentGen Financial Partners – one that's independent and provides advice centered on our clients' goals. We work diligently so our clients can feel secure and are able to focus on the people, activities and places in their life that matter the most.”- Corey Schmidt
